At Galhor, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

All return requests must be reviewed and approved prior to sending the product back.


Custom Products

Due to the nature of our manufacturing process:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or modified products are not eligible for returns or refunds

This includes any product customized in dimensions, design, or specifications requested by the customer.


Standard Product Returns (Non-Defective)

For non-custom products without defects, returns may be accepted under these conditions:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Items must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and original condition.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Modifications made after delivery
  • Environmental exposure (including corrosion or oxidation)
  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm if it meets the return criteria
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees
  • If the item does not meet the requirements, the return may be declined
  • Refund will be submitted within seven (7) days after approval

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue and packaging
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by Galhor only if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
