At Galhor, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and costs.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 11:00 PM (CST) will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 11:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day
Processing time refers to order confirmation, production scheduling, and preparation for shipment.
Shipping Methods and Time Ranges
Due to the size and nature of our products, we use different shipping methods depending on the item:
- LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload): For large or oversized bumpers - 5 to 9 days after shipping
- UPS Ground (or similar carriers): For flat bumpers or accessories - 3 to 7 days after shipping
The shipping method will be selected based on the product specifications and configuration.
Shipping costs (Estimated)
Due to the size and nature of our products, we use different shipping methods for each item, which affects the cost.
- LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload): For large or oversized bumpers - $400 - $600 usd approximate
- UPS Ground (or similar carriers): For flat bumpers or accessories - $150 - $200 usd approximate
The shipping cost will be calculated before finalizing the purchase when the client adds the shipping address.
Shipping Costs (Oversized Items)
All Galhor products are considered oversized or specialized items; therefore:
- Shipping costs are calculated per order
- Pricing depends on the specific product, size, weight, and destination
- Some products require LTL freight quotes, while others qualify for standard ground shipping
Because each bumper is configured for a specific truck, shipping rates cannot be standardized and will be determined at checkout or quoted accordingly.
Delivery & Coverage
- All orders are fully covered until delivery
- If a product arrives damaged in transit, Galhor will provide a replacement at no additional cost
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately after delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and product
- Do not install or modify the item
Once verified, we will process a replacement as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product configuration
- Shipping method (LTL vs Ground)
- Destination
Estimated delivery times will be provided when available but are not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party carriers.
