Eligibility — Direct Purchases Only

The Comeback Program covers bumpers purchased directly from galhor.com or from authorized Galhor branches (currently: Magnolia, TX). Bumpers acquired through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace), private sales, auctions, or any reseller — even if originally manufactured by Galhor — do not qualify. The order number on file is what unlocks the discount.

FAQ.

Is this insurance? Do I have to enroll in something?
No, it's not insurance. The Comeback Program is a manufacturer loyalty discount we apply to your next purchase if your Galhor bumper is damaged during normal road use. Coverage activates automatically the moment your order ships — there's nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay extra for, no waiting period.
What counts as "damage from normal road use"?
Anything that happens between you and the highway. Collisions, bent metal from a tight loading-dock backup, animal strikes, debris from a blown tire on the truck ahead of you, a fallen branch in a storm — that's the road doing what the road does. What's not covered is cosmetic wear from chemicals (acid rain, road salt, harsh polishes) or damage you caused by modifying the bumper yourself after delivery.
What if I bought my Galhor bumper from a chrome shop or on eBay?
The program is exclusive to direct purchases from galhor.com or authorized Galhor branches. The order number in our system is what unlocks the discount — if it didn't come from us directly, there's no order number to verify. Resold, marketplace, and third-party-distributor units are out of program. This protects the discount for the truckers who buy direct.
Can I use the Comeback Discount with the Price Lock Promise?
No — pick the one that saves you more. The Comeback Discount and Price Lock Promise™ are both designed to give you the best deal in their own scenario. Stacking them would push our math underwater, and we'd rather keep both programs alive than burn out on combined claims. Your approval email will confirm which discount is active on your reorder.
What if I want to upgrade my line during the comeback?
Go for it. Bought a carbon bumper and now you want stainless 430? You get 15% off the new 430 line. It's the same percentage your original line earned, applied to whatever you upgrade into. Going up a line doesn't cost you your discount — it just means a better bumper at a discounted price.
How many times can I use this on the same order?
One activation per original order, within the coverage window. If your replacement bumper is also damaged later, that new bumper has its own fresh Comeback Card with its own coverage timer — the cycle restarts.
What if I sell my truck — does the new owner get the discount?
The Comeback Program is non-transferable. It stays with the original buyer on file, not the truck. This keeps the program clean and prevents bumpers from being flipped on used-truck markets just to chase a discount.
How fast do you reply to a Comeback claim?
24 to 48 business hours. Often same-day if you submit before 2pm CT on a weekday. Approval comes by email with your unique code. From there, you've got 60 days to use it — plenty of room to plan when you want the new bumper on your truck.
