Tracking number sent. Carrier pickup from Magnolia, TX. Transit begins.

Drop bumpers and complex profiles can't be held in inventory because each one is shaped to a specific truck. Our floor doesn't shortcut that work, and our trucks don't cross the border every day:

Inspected at Magnolia, packed, dispatched via UPS Ground or LTL with tracking.

We use two shipping methods based on the size and weight of your bumper. Both are quoted at checkout — the carrier is selected automatically based on your order configuration. Costs vary by destination, but the ranges below cover the typical U.S. delivery.
UPS Ground
Used for flat bumpers and accessories — pieces that meet standard parcel dimensional and weight limits. Faster transit, lower cost, package tracking via the carrier's standard system.
LTL Freight
Used for large or oversized bumpers — drop bumpers, custom profiles, anything beyond standard parcel dimensions. Crated and palletized, freight tracking provided. Delivery typically requires a signature and a person available to receive.
About Shipping Costs On Oversized Items
All Galhor products are oversized or specialized items. Shipping is calculated per order — pricing depends on the specific product, size, weight, and destination. Some configurations require LTL freight quotes; others qualify for standard ground.
Because each bumper is configured for a specific truck, shipping rates cannot be standardized. Final cost is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. No hidden fees added later.

Is The Daily Cutoff.
Order processing means order confirmation, production scheduling, and preparation for shipment. We process daily, and the cutoff time controls whether your order starts that day or the next business day.
The Daily Order Cutoff.
Orders placed before 11:00 PM Central Time are processed the same day — they enter the production queue (in-stock) or scheduling queue (custom) immediately.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM Central are processed the next business day. The 48-hour clock for stock bumpers and the 4–6 week clock for custom both start from the moment of processing.

We ship to all contiguous United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted case-by-case due to freight requirements.

Damage Protection
All orders are fully covered until delivery. If a product arrives damaged in transit, Galhor provides a replacement at no additional cost. The carrier's transit risk is on us, not on you.

What To Do On Receipt
Inspect the package immediately at delivery. If you see damage to the packaging or the bumper itself:
- Contact us immediately at info@galhor.com
- Provide photos of both packaging and product
- Do not install or modify the damaged item
- We process the replacement as quickly as possible
Where Is My Bumper
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email. For made-to-order bumpers, we send progress updates at production milestones so you know where things stand during the 4–6 week build.

About Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times depend on product configuration, shipping method (LTL vs Ground), and destination. We provide estimated delivery times when available, but they are not guaranteed because they depend on third-party carriers operating outside Galhor's direct control.
That said: if your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the carrier's estimate, contact us at info@galhor.com and we will help track and resolve the issue with the carrier directly.

Galhor is committed to accurate shipping timelines, transparent costs, and clear communication regarding fulfillment. We do not promise delivery times we cannot meet, and we communicate production status proactively for made-to-order bumpers.
The 48-hour promise applies only to in-stock flat bumpers with standard customization. Made-to-order bumpers are clearly marked as such on the product page, with the 4–6 week lead time disclosed before purchase. Cross-border transport is monthly, which is the principal driver of made-to-order timing. Transit times listed for UPS Ground and LTL Freight are third-party carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by Galhor.
