Most warranty pages bury the limits in legal language. Ours doesn't. Here's exactly what we'll repair, replace, or refund — and exactly what's outside our control. Knowing both lists protects you.

Manufacturing Defects.

  • Chrome peeling or detachment Originating from the plating process, not from external damage.
  • Structural manufacturing defects Welds, formed shapes, base metal integrity issues from production.
  • Plating defects from production Pitting, blistering, finish irregularities present at delivery or appearing in normal use.
// What's NOT Covered

Things Outside Our Floor.

  • Environmental exposure Acid rain, road salts, chemicals, weather conditions, prolonged saltwater exposure.
  • Improper or incorrect installation Damage caused during installation or by incorrect mounting hardware.
  • Alterations or modifications after delivery Drilling, bending, cutting, painting, or refinishing after you receive the bumper.
  • Lack of maintenance or improper care Chrome requires regular cleaning. Neglect or harsh chemical use voids coverage.
  • Normal wear and tear Expected wear from years of road use over the life of the bumper.
  • Surface oxidation on non-visible or rear areas Rear or hidden surfaces are not finished to the same chrome standard as visible faces.
  • Damage caused by road debris, collisions, or misuse Rocks, deer, low bridges, accidents — covered by Comeback Program instead.

Filing a claim doesn't require lawyers, forms, or phone trees. Send us photos, tell us what happened, and we review within 5 business days. Approved claims resolve through replacement, repair, or refund — whichever fixes the problem fastest.

Take clear photos and a short video of the defect from multiple angles. Daylight if possible.

We Review

Our team determines eligibility within 5 business days. We may ask for more photos.

We Resolve

Approved claims get one of: replacement bumper, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

The Road Will Bend Your Bumper.
We Don't Pretend Otherwise.

Warranty covers what comes off our floor. The Comeback Program covers what comes off the road. If something hits your bumper — a rock, an animal, a low bridge — we don't owe you a free replacement. But we'll discount your next one 15–25% based on which line you bought. Because we'd rather have you back on the road than waiting for an insurance claim.

Galhor is committed to accurate product descriptions, transparent warranty terms, and clear communication about what is and isn't covered. We do not make misleading claims about product performance, lifespan, or guarantees beyond what is stated in this policy.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, or partial or full refund — selected to fix the issue as efficiently as possible. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
