FAQ.

Does this work after I've already placed my order?
Yes — that's the whole point. You have 7 days from your order date to submit a claim. If we approve it, the difference goes back to your card or becomes store credit (your call).
How do you verify "the same bumper"?
Six attributes have to match: truck model fitment, length, drop (18" or 20"), ends style (boxed or mitered), base material (carbon / 430 / 304), and gauge (10 or 11). A "Peterbilt 389 18" drop boxed-end inox 430 cal. 11" must match exactly. Different gauge or material? It's a different product — but check our Material Upgrade tier.
What about shipping costs in the comparison?
We compare delivered price to your zip code, not just the sticker. If their bumper is $1,200 + $300 freight and ours is $1,400 with free shipping, you're already paying less with us — no claim needed.
Can I stack this with other Galhor promos?
The Price Lock Promise can't be combined with site-wide discount codes, loyalty-tier discounts, or promotional sales. Pick the deal that saves you more. For most orders the Price Lock wins.
How fast do you respond?
24 hours, business days. Often same-day if you submit before 2pm CT. We don't drag these out — saying yes fast is what makes the promise mean something.
Why can a manufacturer offer this and a retailer can't?
Simple: we own the chrome line. A retailer marks up what they bought from someone else; when they "match" they cut into their own margin and lose money fast. We control raw cost, plating, freight — so beating their price still works for us. We've been at it since 1940.
