  • Within 30 days of delivery Counted from carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • Verified manufacturing defect — any product Standard or custom. Defects in our work are always returnable, no fee.
  • Non-defective standard products with restocking fee 20% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping non-refundable.
  • Bumper still unused and uninstalled Not mounted on a truck, no drilling or modification done.
  • Original condition & packaging Returned with original protective wrap if reasonably possible.
  • Photo or video proof of defect (for defect claims) Clear documentation showing the manufacturing issue from multiple angles.

When This Doesn't.

  • Custom products without defects Made-to-order can't be resold. Non-defective custom returns are not accepted.
  • Already installed on a truck Once mounted, the bumper is in service. Warranty covers it instead.
  • Damage from improper installation Wrong hardware, bent during mounting, drilled in wrong spot.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
  • Customer-initiated modifications Cuts, paint, additional drilling, refinishing after delivery.
  • Environmental damage Corrosion, oxidation, road salt, acid rain, UV exposure, weather.
  • Normal wear and tear Time-related effects on chrome and substrate.
  • Road damage from impacts Rocks, debris, low bridges — see the Comeback Program below.

About Custom & Made-To-Order Products

Custom products are returnable when they have a verified manufacturing defect. If we built it wrong — wrong dimensions, structural issues, chrome failure — we take it back regardless of whether it was a stock or custom build.

Custom products without defects are not eligible for return or refund. Each custom bumper is laser-cut and shaped for a specific truck, which means we cannot resell it. This is a physical limitation of the product, not a policy choice. We disclose this clearly before purchase on every custom product page.

Once We Receive It

Once your returned bumper arrives, we inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria you submitted. We verify condition, original packaging, and claimed defect if applicable.

If It Meets Criteria

We approve the refund. Refund is issued to the original payment method minus any applicable fees (20% restocking for non-defective; original shipping if applicable).

7-Day Processing

Refund is submitted within 7 days of approval. Time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider — typically 3–10 business days after we submit.

If It Doesn't Meet Criteria

We notify you with a clear reason. You have the option to retrieve the bumper (you cover return shipping) or proceed with appropriate alternative resolution if available.

About Return Shipping And Restocking Fees

Return shipping is paid by Galhor when the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect. If the issue isn't a defect (e.g., wrong size ordered, customer changed mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The 20% restocking fee applies only to non-defective returns of standard products. Defective returns have no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on non-defective returns — only the product cost is refunded, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Carrier damage is handled separately from returns. Galhor covers all transit damage with a free replacement — no restocking fee, no return shipping charges, no deductible. The carrier's risk is on us, not on you.

  • Do not install or modify the damaged item

Returns are for things we got wrong. The road is going to break stuff regardless of what we built. When that happens, we'd rather discount your replacement 15–25% than pretend we're going to refund a bumper that took a bridge strike. Faster, fairer, and you're back on the road.

Galhor is committed to accurate descriptions of return eligibility, transparent fees, and clear communication about which situations qualify and which don't. We do not represent return policy more broadly than what is stated here, and we do not delay approvals past our 24-hour response window.

This return policy applies to direct purchases at galhor.com and at the Magnolia, TX direct-to-customer location. Approved returns may be resolved through refund, replacement, or repair — selected to fix the issue most efficiently. The 20% restocking fee on non-defective returns and the non-refundable original shipping are disclosed before checkout. Statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. law are not affected.
