FAQ.

Do I need to buy or stock inventory?
No. You never touch inventory. Galhor manufactures and ships every bumper directly to the customer. You're a sales partner, not a reseller — your job is to introduce the buyer to galhor.com, not to fulfill the order.
Why is there an application — can't anyone just sign up?
We approve manually because the program represents Galhor publicly. We're looking for people who already have credibility in the trucking world — actual relationships, actual reach, or actual technical knowledge. The bar isn't impossibly high, but it's not a free-for-all either. Approval rate runs around 60%.
How is this different from the Trucker Network referral program?
The Trucker Network is for individual customers referring a buddy or two — store credit, casual, no application. The Road Captain Program is for people who want to earn meaningful income consistently — cash payouts, formal agreement, monthly tier reviews. You can't be in both at the same time on the same audience. Pick the path that fits your goal.
Do I need a business license or LLC to be a Captain?
For U.S. captains: you can start as an individual. We issue a 1099 if you earn $600+ annually. Many of our top captains form an LLC after their first big year for tax reasons, but it's not required to start. International captains: we'll work through the right setup during onboarding.
What if a customer I referred wants the Comeback Discount on a damaged bumper later?
The customer's Comeback Program is theirs — they activate it directly with Galhor. You don't earn additional commission on Comeback replacement orders because those are already discounted 15-25%. Your commission was paid on the original sale. Future non-discounted orders from that customer through your link continue to earn you commission normally.
Can I run paid ads driving to my Galhor link?
Yes — but with rules. You can't bid on the term "Galhor" or any Galhor trademark on Google, Meta, or any platform. You also can't run ads that misrepresent product claims or warranty terms. Within those limits, paid social, content marketing, and influencer partnerships are encouraged. We'll review your major ad creative before launch as part of brand protection.
What happens if I have a slow month and drop a tier?
Tiers reset every 30 days based on the prior month's volume — so a slow month bumps you down, but the next strong month bumps you right back up. There's no penalty for a slow month beyond the lower commission rate. Your Captain status itself doesn't go away unless you're inactive for 6 consecutive months.
Can I bring my own custom-branded landing page?
Yes — Captains at Captain tier and above can request a co-branded landing page (your name, your photo, your story, leading to your tracked link). We design it, you approve it, your traffic converts at higher rates because of the personal touch. Available 60 days after onboarding.
