FAQ.

Do I need to apply or sign up to participate?
No. Every Galhor customer is automatically in the Trucker Network the moment their order ships. Log into your account and your unique referral link is waiting. Anyone without an account can also generate one — useful if your buddy asked first and you haven't ordered yet.
Why store credit instead of cash to my bank account?
Two reasons. First, no taxes for you — store credit isn't reportable income. Second, it lets us offer a richer reward ($150 instead of ~$100 cash) because we're not paying credit-card processor fees and bank transfer overhead. You spend it on Galhor product, which is most likely what you'd buy anyway.
What if my buddy buys but uses a different referral link or no link at all?
The system tracks his click and saves it for 30 days as a cookie. If he clicked your link first and then bought through another route within 30 days, you still get credited. If he bought without clicking any link, there's no record — and unfortunately that order doesn't count, even if you're sure you sent him.
Can I combine my $150 store credit with the Price Lock Promise on my next order?
No — these don't stack on the same order. Price Lock Promise™ adjusts your purchase price downward; Trucker Network credit applies after that. Pick one or the other on each order. Most truckers find the credit is the better deal once you've got a few referrals stacked up.
Can I combine credit with the Comeback Program if my bumper gets damaged?
Also no. Comeback Program™ already gives you 15-25% off a damaged bumper replacement; layering credit on top would compound discounts beyond what we can sustain. On a Comeback order, the discount is your benefit. Save the credit for the next non-Comeback purchase.
Is there a maximum amount of credit I can rack up?
You can hold up to $1,500 active store credit at any time. Past that ceiling, additional referrals pause until you spend down. Credit is valid for 18 months from issue — plenty of room to plan a big upgrade. Old credit expiring within 30 days will trigger an email reminder.
What if my referral cancels his order or returns the bumper?
The credit is reversed. We pay out only on completed, non-refunded orders that have shipped and cleared the standard return window. This is why credit posts after order ship — not at checkout — to keep the program clean.
I'm a fleet manager. Can I refer my own drivers under the program?
If your drivers buy under your fleet's account or EIN, that's B2B pricing — the program doesn't apply (your fleet pricing is the discount). If your drivers buy on their own personal accounts as owner-operators or for their personal trucks, those referrals count normally.
